This Public Offer Agreement for Donation (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is an offer of the charitable organization NGO «GESTURE OF SUPPORT» (hereinafter referred to as "Charity") to individuals or legal entities who wish to make a donation for charitable purposes. By making a donation to the Charity, the Donor agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Donor hereby agrees to donate the amount specified in the donation form, which is available on the Charity's website, or any other amount chosen by the Donor, to the Charity for charitable purposes.

The Donor agrees to provide accurate and complete personal data to the Charity in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" for the purpose of donation processing.

The Donor understands and agrees that all donations are final and non-refundable.

The Charity agrees to keep the personal data of the Donor confidential and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

By making a donation to the Charity, the Donor acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
