Every day, our NGO receives up to a dozen letters for help, from ordinary families who have lost their jobs, people with disabilities, IDPs, as well as legal entities: schools, hospitals, local governments, etc. Each letter contains human pain and a plea for help. Our volunteers try to prepare humanitarian aid for each such letter: medicines, clothes, personal hygiene products, food packages.
