The head of the Kovel District Military Administration, Oleksandr Cheren, and the head of the Kovel District Council, Volodymyr Shvorak, recognized the NGO "Gesture Of Support" for humanism, compassion, significant support for people with disabilities, and the successful implementation of a training project - courses on mastering practical skills in Ukrainian sign language for employees of state authorities and local governments in the Kovel district.
