Volunteers of the NGO "Gesture of Support" were awarded state awards for the International Volunteer Day

As part of the celebration of the International Volunteer Day, activists of the NGO "Gesture of Support" received well-deserved state awards for their significant contribution to strengthening the country's defense capabilities, charitable and humanitarian activities. These awards are a recognition of the selfless work of volunteers who not only support the army, but also help the most vulnerable segments of the population.

The head of the NGO "Gesture of Support" Yaroslav Kotylko and the volunteer of the organization Ihor Shkinder received a special award. They were awarded the award of the President of Ukraine "For the Defense of Ukraine". This high award was presented for active participation in the implementation of tasks to ensure the defense of the state, protect the security of the population and the interests of Ukraine in connection with the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

The Head of the Volyn Regional State Administration also expressed gratitude to one of the volunteers of the NGO "Gesture of Support". She was awarded for her humanity and mercy, active public, charitable and volunteer activities, which are an example for many.

The awarding of a couple of volunteers from the Rivne region - Halyna Petrivna and Stanislav Myronovich Samoilyk - attracted special attention. The head of the Rivne Regional State Administration presented them with honorary certificates for many years of selfless work. This family, well-known in the Rivne region, has been helping the poor and people with disabilities for many years. Their contribution to the development of civil society is invaluable.

The public organization "Gesture of Support" is actively working in different regions of Ukraine, uniting volunteers for a common goal - to help those in need and support the defenders of Ukraine. The awarding of its activists is confirmation that their work is important and highly valued by the state and society.
